Tagged Asset

Each row represents a given Tagged asset that was selected for a physical count.  Refer to Asset Track Users Guide for setup.

ØLocation: – The current inventory location of TagID

ØType: – The type of Tag, either an ‘ASSET’ or LOCATION’ object can be displayed in this list

ØAsset ID: – The Asset ID, its based Item reference and Image (if populated).

ØTag ID: – The unique TagID associated with that asset

ØFrozen Count: – The qty on hand of the TagID (typically ‘1’) when the asset was selected for that session count (by means of its location). Note: if this value is blank then the Asset Tag was not part of the original count  and was found at one of the locations as ‘new’ during the count.

ØPhysical Count: – The qty of the TagID that was actually counted during the Physical Count (typically ‘1’) when the asset was selected for that session count (by means of its location). Note: if this value is blank then the Asset Tag was not found during the count (missing) and was adjusted out of Asset inventory.

ØDate / Time: – The actual date and time the PI session was synced with TagNet server (and therefore frozen). This column also displays the Device ID & User ID that created the Count Session and their TagNet Unique ID [363]
