System files

The purpose of this function is to Backup TagNet internal files for two purposes. The primary purpose is to support a migration from TagNet v7 to v8 as there was change in the schema naming conventions. The secondary purpose is to backup files on a production basis to export/import to other TagNet instances.  The files are saved as generic .DAT files in the default directory specified in System Settings.

Add/Create
