Add/Copy a Product Master

Listed below is a description/explanation of each attribute in the Product Master Detail page. When populating for Asset Tracking, the following relevant attributes are denoted in blue. There are many GTIN attributes not displayed but in the TagNet database, these can be viewed in the TagNet data dictionary PDF.

	Info Provider GLN
	The Global Location Number (company identifier) in which the GTIN/Target Market is registered. Note: this is defaulted based on a single table entry in RFDGTNKY and is mostly hidden from typical setup operations

	Target Market Country
	The ISO country code in which this GTIN/GLN is registered. Note: this is defaulted based on a single table entry in RFDGTNKY and is mostly hidden from typical setup operations

	User Environment
	The LANSA Data Sync environment associated with this GTIN/TM/GLN key. Note: this is defaulted based on a single table entry in RFDGTNKY and is mostly hidden from typical setup operations

	GTIN
	The 14-digit GS1 Global Trade Item Number assigned. For Asset Management or internal Part 3's this is this can be any nomenclature 14 characters or less.

	Part ID
	The ERP number assigned to that GTIN that can be up to 40 characters. Note: For Asset Management this is typically used to define the Vendor or Manufacturer part number.

	GLN
	The GLN of the Brand owner of that GTIN

	Category Code
	Select the appropriate value from the Dropdown of available Categories (refer to Category Code Maintenance for setup). Note: only the lowest level of a given tree can be assigned to a Base Item.

	Item Brand Name
	The brand name associated with the GTIN.

	Item Name
	The short description assigned to the GTIN

	Detailed Description
	The detailed description assigned to the GTIN. Note: For Asset Management this is the value displayed with the Asset association

	Product Type
	The unit of the measure associated with the GTIN

	EANUCC Type
	The EANUCC code type (UPC, SKU, etc.)

	EANUCC Code
	The current 12-digit UPC or SKU

	GTIN Status
	The current GDSN status of the GTIN. value is either blank or Active.

	Quick Search Flag
	A numeric field assigned for flagging current production items as used in the AssetTrack mobile application.

	Image
	The name of the image file to display for this product.

	Inventory Type
	A dropdown list of the defined Inventory Types that can be associated with the item

	Default Container Quantity
	When dealing with Pallets, this is the standard case/carton count for that pallet configuration.

	Default Case Quantity per Pallet
	When dealing with Cases, this is the standard case/carton when palletized.

	Parent GTIN
	When dealing with containment, this is next higher packaging level GTIN, such as cases to Pallet.

	Update
	This updates any changes made to input fields

	Cancel
	Ignores any field changes and returns to previous page
