Event Filters

The purpose of this function is to establish Filtering templates that can be utilized by users of TagNet when setting up subscriptions. Filters enable more granular subscriptions such as ‘only if the tagged object is a case and belongs to product class 01 and …’ am I interested in sending that to a given system. It does this by means of Boolean logic expressions linked together by ‘AND / OR’ Operators.
