Change an Event Filter Definition

 

This function allows you to change filter conditions.

Event Filter ID and Description

The assigned Filter ID and user defined description.

 

Update

Commits any changes to the page and returns back to Filter List

 

Cancel

Cancels any changes returns back to Filter List (no updates are saved)

 

Sequence Number

The sequence of the Filter expression

 

Group Connector

The Group connector (*AND or *OR) how this expression is related to other expressions for same filter definition

*AND – links multiple Boolean expressions together so they are evaluated as a set

*OR – begins another set of logical Boolean expressions

 

Filter Keyword

The TagNet Object Repository database fields available for comparison. Refer to the TagNet data dictionary for more detailed explanations

 

*ANTENNA – the antenna of the Physical Reader

*ASSET – the Asset ID

*ASSETVAL – the Asset Valuation

*BADGE – the Badge ID of the Employee

*BRANDGLN – the Product GLN in Product master

*BRANDNAME - the Product brand name in Product master

*CATEGORY – the category of the the GTIN or Product Number

*COMPANY – the Company ID lined to the Employee Badge ID

*DGOFLAG - the Product brand name in Product master

*EFFDATE - the effective date in Product master

*FILTER - the EPC Filter value when decoded

*GPCCODE - the Product brand name in Product master

*GROSSWT - the Product brand name in Product master

*GTIN - the Product brand name in Product master

*HEADER - the EPC Header value when decoded

*HEXVALUE - the actual TAG ID hex value

*INFOGLN - the GLN in Product master

*INVTYPE - the Product brand name in Product master

*ITEM - the ERP Item # in Product master

*ITEMNAME - the Short description in Product master

*LEVEL1 - the Level 1 Location ID

*LEVEL2 - the Level 2 Location ID

*LEVEL3 - the Level 3 Location ID

*LEVEL4 - the Level 4 Location ID

*MARKET - the target Market of the GTIN in Product master

*PARTITION - the EPC Partition value when decoded

*PREFIX - the EPC Prefix value when decoded

*PREFIX - the Primary Location ID

*REFERENCE - the EPC reference value when decoded

*RETAILPRC –  the suggested retail price in Product master

*RSSI –  the Returned Signal Strength Indicator of the Tag read event

*SERIAL –  the EPC Serialized component

*SERIALNO –  the Asset ID Serial number

*FILTER - the EPC Filter value when decoded

*SSCC - the Serialized Shipping Container Code

*STATUS - the active status of the Product master record

*TRADE - the Company ID lined to the Employee Badge ID

*UDAORDER - the Order No. UDA at the Tag Level

 

Comparison Operator

Comparison: – The mnemonic used as the comparison operator for the field value. The choices are:

 

*EQ – Equal to

*NE – Not Equal to

*GT – Greater Than

*GE – Greater Than or Equal To

*LT – Less Than

*LE – Less Than or Equal To

*START – Starts With

*LIKE – The value is contained somewhere in the field

 

Filter Value

This is the static data value that will be used in conjunction with the operator to evaluate the Boolean expression

 

Update

Commits any changes to the expression

 

Cancel

Cancels any changes to the expression

These hyperlinks perform the following functions for each Boolean statement in the list

 

Change

Enables change mode of the Filter Boolean statement

Move

Enables you to change the sequencing of the Boolean statement

Delete

Deletes the selected Filter Boolean statement

This function allows you to change any of the filter conditions

This function allows you to change the sequence of the filter condition relative to others.
