Binding Description

Updates a UDA with Read Timestamp

Purpose

This Binding updates the specified Asset UDA with the date of when that Asset Tag is read (where this binding is associated)

Logic

Collects whatever tags are seen during a read event cycle at a given RFID portal and performs the following logic:

üIf the Tag is mapped to an Asset Object, it will attempt to update the UDA specified (if exists) with the date value written as ‘YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS’

	Email Notification
	The email address to send binding specific alerts. Note: This overrides the default SMTP Recipient value under System Settings

	UDA Update
	Updates the UDA Element Name with the Date of the Tag update. Note: that date is written regardless of what the intent of the UDA element is and its data type. Refer to the the Binding Change for detailed explanations of this directive.
