Edit Counter

This edit action enables changing/updating values specific to a TagID Counter as described below:

	Counter Name
	This is the Counter name as defined by the administrator and can be changed

	Counter Prefix
	This is the Counter prefix as defined by the administrator. This is to provide a meaningful prefix to the TagID to separate from other tag types.

	Counter Value
	This is the current value of Counter and can be changed

	Save
	Clicking this button will save the Counter profile changes
