Counter Name

This is the Counter name as defined by the administrator.  This is referenced in Asset and Location Print Settings

Counter Prefix

This is the Counter prefix as defined by the administrator.  This is to provide a meaningful prefix to the TagID to separate from other tag types.

Counter Value

This is the beginning value as defined by the administrator or the last Counter value issued
